Camera API
Fetch an image from an external HTTP endpoint.
The Camera API module fetches an image from an external HTTP endpoint instead of a locally connected camera. This is useful for integrating remote cameras or image services that expose a REST API.

Behavior
- The module sends the configured HTTP request to the specified URL.
- The response body is decoded as an image (JPEG, PNG, etc.).
- The image and execution time are stored in the data registry.
The request timeout is 30 seconds. If the endpoint does not respond in time, the module raises an error.

Camera API is independent from the physical Camera and Light placement restrictions.
